Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you believe a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet your expectations under Australian Consumer Law.

To help us assess your claim, please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement product, refund, repair, or other remedy required by law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
