We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $10.00 AUD per order.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
Orders are not processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer than usual.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delays and Lost Parcels
While we work with reputable shipping providers, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events or other disruptions.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@eatslop.com.au and include photographs of the damaged packaging and products where possible.
