SLOP is a single-serve, overnight oats pouch for people who are busy, tired, over-optimised, and still need something decent in the morning. Add your liquid, put it in the fridge overnight, and eat it when your brain has come back online.
Each serve has 26g protein and 7g fibre. It contains chia and flax. It is practical, shelf-stable, and designed to be kept at work, at home, or wherever breakfast normally goes to die.

Directions:
Add 120ml milk (or milk alternative)
Stir well
Refrigerate overnight (min. 4 hours)
Eat (hot or cold, these are your oats we just made them)

Overnight oats: quick oats (53%), whey protein concentrate (milk) (30%), linseed, chia seeds, coconut sugar, freeze-dried raspberries (3%), salt.
